Team 383 formed on Facebook after news of Flemming's journey made headlines. The closed group offers members an assistance structure and tips for those who
want to lose weight meizitang strong and want additional motivation.
"Having this support is something to me in losing weight," said Jennifer Jordon of Morristown, Tennessee "If I haven't got support, I do not slim down.
Therefore it is been great."
About 30 people attended, representing Michigan residents and individuals using their company states. Those included Jordon,
who drove nine hours to go to. The group heard stories from Flemming, received advice from the fitness expert and interacted throughout the event.
For most of the attendees, the range provided a chance to meet some of the group members personally the very first time.
Flemming said it was vital that you meet with the people and tell their story personally. He also said hearing the stories of others was inspiring because
they felt safe to speak about some personal stories the type of within the group.
Among the guests was Jackie Eastham, the girl who helped encourage Flemming to begin his process. The 2 met online while playing a relevant video game and
formed a friendship that helped change Flemming's life.
Eastham, a London resident, said the experience really drove home what she and Flemming have been in a position to accomplish using the group.
"For me it truly just managed to get real," Eastham said. "I've always wondered, I knew people were losing, however i wished to know helpful that it is been.
Today was an embodiment of that. Everyone who came today came simply because they wanted to be here."
Jordon agreed best share green coffee with that sentiment and said meeting Eastham and Flemming was worthwhile the long trip from Tennessee.
"Brian and Jackie are simply amazing people and they just really inspired me," Jordon said. "This whole group is very welcoming and galvanizing. I just
needed to be here."
